DeploySight Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DeploySight—a platform provided, operated by, and d/b/a TrackLogic Systems, LLC ("TrackLogic")—collects, uses, and discloses information. TrackLogic Systems, LLC hosts the DeploySight platform exclusively on Zite. Zite is a platform provided and operated by Restly, Inc., d.b.a. Zite, together with its representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors (collectively "Zite," "we," "us," or "our") through the website located at www.Zite.com (the "Site") and the services to enable building web applications ("Apps") and related features, content, applications, or products offered by Zite (together with the Site, the "Services").

Because the DeploySight platform is hosted exclusively on the Zite platform, DeploySight adopts the current version of Zite's Privacy Policy as the DeploySight Privacy Policy. Throughout this document, references to "DeploySight, together with Zite" reflect this integrated relationship and our joint commitment to protecting customer data.

1. SCOPE AND CONSENT

DeploySight, together with Zite, maintains strict policies to ensure the privacy of those who use our Services ("End Users," "you," or "your") or those who may just access our Site without otherwise using our Services ("Visitors"). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, this policy operates in conjunction with any Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Data Processing Addendum (DPA) executed between TrackLogic Systems, LLC and your organization.

2. INFORMATION DEPLOYSIGHT, TOGETHER WITH ZITE, COLLECTS

2.1 Personal Data

DeploySight, together with Zite, collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you ("Personal Data"). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Identifiers: Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers.

  • Commercial Information: Records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

  • Professional or Employment-Related Information: Job title, employer name, and business contact information provided during account registration.

 

2.2 Non-Personal and Aggregate Data

DeploySight, together with Zite, also collects "Non-Personal Data"—information that does not directly identify you. This includes browser types, device identifiers, usage patterns, and "Aggregate Data" (statistical information about our user base). We use this to analyze trends and improve Service performance.

 

2.3 Technical Data and Cookies

As you interact with the Services, DeploySight, together with Zite, uses automatic data collection technologies (Cookies, Web Beacons, Log Files) to collect information about your equipment and browsing actions. This includes traffic data, location data, logs, and information about your computer and internet connection.

3. HOW DEPLOYSIGHT, TOGETHER WITH ZITE, USES YOUR INFORMATION

We process your information based on legal grounds, including the performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations. Specifically, DeploySight, together with Zite, uses data to:

  • Provide and Maintain Services: To deliver the DeploySight platform features, process transactions, and manage your account.

  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor for security threats, prevent unauthorized access, and protect the integrity of the Zite infrastructure where DeploySight is hosted.

  • Communication: To send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

4. DATA DISCLOSURE AND SHARING

DeploySight, together with Zite, does not sell your Personal Data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) who perform services on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Affiliates: Internal sharing within TrackLogic Systems, LLC and Restly, Inc. (Zite) to ensure seamless Service delivery.

  • Legal Compliance: To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.

5. DATA SECURITY AND ENTERPRISE PROTECTION

As DeploySight is hosted on Zite, it benefits from Zite’s enterprise-grade security architecture. DeploySight, together with Zite, implements physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit.

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access.

  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

6. YOUR DATA RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data held by DeploySight, together with Zite:

  • Access/Portability: Request a copy of your data.

  • Correction: Request updates to inaccurate information.

  • Deletion: Request that we erase your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").

  • Objection/Restriction: Object to certain processing activities.

7. GOOGLE APIS LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE

DeploySight, together with Zite, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy. Information obtained through Google Workspace APIs will not be used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.
